Commission Info
I mainly offer Live2D rigging and animation services. Please ensure that the illustrator allows the art to be modified for part separation when necessary.Prices are estimates only, and will vary depending on complexity and deadlines.

Terms of Service
Usage Policy1. You may use the work for commercial purposes.
2. I must be creditted on your social media profiles with a link to my Twitter account (@JakobHallows).
3. I may display the model as a part of my portfolio unless additional fees have been paid.
4. I may work on the model on stream and post WIPs on my social media unless additional fees have been paid.
5. You must discuss with me if you intend to sell the model to anyone else.
6. I will generate an invoice with a payment link for all payments.
7. Please contact me for any other enquiries.
8. My T.O.S. must be upheld along with the illustrators' T.O.S. when possible. I have the right to accept or decline any commission.
Commissions can take a few weeks to a few months. If you require the work to be done by a specific deadline, please consult with me. Additional charges may occur.
I wish to work closely and communicate with my clients regarding the model, so please try your best to be responsive!1. Generally for projects below $1000, at least 50% of the total price must be paid before I start work. For projects above $1000, the first installment must be paid.
2. Please ensure that you outline all of the details you would like to include for the commission in the beginning. Changes and revisions may be declined or incur extra costs if requested later on, aside from the fixing of mistakes and bugs.
2. For longer projects, I will update you with WIPs as I work on them.
3. Generally for projects below $1000, once the work is finalised, the remaining amount must be paid before you receive the deliverable files.
4. For VTuber models, I will work with you in Discord voice chat to set up your model in VTube Studio (and VBridger). This process is necessary to ensure that the parameters are set according to your face and environment.
5. Live2D work files (CMO3) will not be provided under normal circumstances. If you would like to have the file, or would like for me to provide the file to another rigger, please contact me. Extra charges may apply.Cancellation & Refund Policy1. No payments made by the client will be refunded for cancellations requested by the client unless I deem the reason .
2. In the event that I am unable to complete the commission, or have to cancel the commission on my end, all payments made will be refunded.
3. In the event that I require significantly more time to complete the commission than the agreed deadline, a discount on the final payment may be offered.
